Giving to
the Givers
Supporting BIPOC community frontliners through cash assistance, creative space, and culturally-rooted programs.
WHAT WE WANNA SEE
A world where every person who holds their community together is also held. Where healers are healed, givers are restored, and BIPOC communities thrive through the power of their own wisdom and culture. Because community keepers are ESSENTIAL and must be prioritized.
WHAT WE DO
DAWA (Diversity Awareness & Wellness in Action) is a community-centered nonprofit that invests in the people who uplift our communities. Our programs operate in cycles and are sustained through members, donors, grants and local partners.
